Putting on your dress and walking back and forth in front of a mirror at the bridal shop is not really wearing your dress. Many of our brides have changed something about their dress, hair or make-up after their bridal portrait.

The bridal portrait should be taken well in advance, to allow enough time to prepare it to be displayed at the reception.

There simply is not enough time at the reception for everyone to really get a good look at the wonderful details of your dress.

You will be walking around, talking and dancing, laughing and having a great time. With the portrait on display, people can take a closer look,  in a leisurely fashion, at the details that make your dress so perfect for    you.
